Need help primarily with replacing tall lattice fencing and painting exterior wall. You'll see from the photo that it currently looks unsightly with broken lattice, flaky/unpainted wall. 1. Remove old lattice (~5m long x 0.8m high) - note that the steel plant climbing frame has been detached and can lean away from the fence 2. Paint fibro cement boards (flaky paint) and gutter support timber (unpainted) (~6.5m long x 1.5m high) with appropriate black exterior paint 3. Attach new fence lattice attachment (~7.5m long x 1m high) and paint black as well - you'll need to provide the lattice please 4. Fix broken/sagging lattice on a seperate section of fence (climbing plants twisted through, fix with screws/timber pieces as best possible) 5. Clear the gutters above the exterior wall Thank you.

The task includes cleaning, preparing the surfaces for painting. Painting 2 (or more as required) coats of paint on the gutter, fascia, downpipe, trims of our terrace house. We are unsure if it will be easier to spray the paint on or brush. Happy to take advice from an experienced painter. We will supply the Dulux paint so don’t include in the price.

Need to re connect the fence lattice that has fallen

Metal lattice with jasmine is coming away from fence and needs to be properly secured. Two fences, each is approx 4 metres long.

We have a 29.9m timber fence which has been painted with one coat this weekend. It needs a second coat (palings are 2050mm high). The top section (lattice) has not been painted and needs to be. Paint will be supplied (GB Black fence paint) lattice is 600mm in height x 29.9m length. If you are wanting to spray, this paint can only be used in an AIR sprayer. The first coat of actual fence palings was done with a brush. If spraying is to be done there must be something to stop the paint going on our neighbours side which you would need to provide (you will have no access to neighbours place). Also plants/trees will need to be protected and not have paint get all over them. Parking is available in our back secure carpark so no issues trying to get a park in the area. We ideally need this job completed prior to Saturday 11th Feb if possible

Washing machine is leaking during cycles, need that investigated & fixed if possible. The parquetry floor in the doorway from the laundry room was affected by this leak and raised a few of the pieces. Is dried out now, but needs to be repaired as best as possible - it's a beautiful floor. We also need our Jasmine re-hung securely to a new fence.
