Need 3 doors planed after installing carpet to the room, in order to open the doors.

I can't remove the existing lock/door handle. The thread of one of the screws is damaged. Can't get a grip of it and I don't have the tools to do so.

-Fill skip bin with demolition waste which includes broken tiles / bricks / screed / doors / metal fencing / timber doors / door frames / large mirror - Remove single garage door and put in skip - Pull up carpets / underlay / underlay adhesive / tack strips and place in skip - Remove 12m of tile adhesive from the kitchen / laundry floor, the tiles have already been removed, you will need a hammer drill and chisel attachment for this - Remove / discard of air-conditioning unit - Remove 3 white street front fence / gate panels and place in skip - I have ordered 2 x 3m skip bins which will be located on the verge for the job - Property is a 2 bedrooms townhouse

supply and install bifold doors to laundry area 1500 w x 2400 h

I have 3 new door handles that need to be installed. However, the latches are fractionally too big to fit into the relevant door apertures. I lack the tools/experience to slightly enlarge these holes. The new handles are Ikonic "San Fran" brand.

Guessing new rollers. Leaves a black powder in the track when using. Makes a noise at about the half way mark when sliding the door open. Not sure if this is the rollers or something else that needs looking at as well

Move existing lock up on door. Remove lock and plug hole with spac filler Drill new hole in door and frame line the other. Install existing lock and handle.

Take this door away, quite heavy. Solid wood and glass

4x door handles changed over. Need a bigger hole cut out of each to fit the new Handel's. May need a jig to cut new hole. Looking for someone experienced carpenter and certified to do this.

Need one standard door and 4 cupboard doors removed. All are water damaged. Also need 1 sheet of plasterboard and a few other odd bits of MDF wood. Thank you! They are all out front and ready to go. Removal today (14/7) would be fantastic.
