Find a professional garage door installer in WA

I’ve got a garage door I need fitting. It is a manual roller door. Will probably need two steel posts each side to put the tracks on and would need help to lift it up to hang of the hinges. Looking someone with DIY experience to complete. I am happy to help.

The hand chain on my manual roller door has jumped off or become jammed around the hoist wheel, and the door is stuck about an inch off the ground and won’t move in either direction. I can’t safely reach or work on the mechanism myself because I’m currently dealing with a bad ankle. Should only be a 10 - 15 minute job.

I'm looking for someone to inspect and fix my garage door. The issue is that when the garage door closes, it reaches the floor but immediately opens again without any input from the remote. I believe the sensors may need to be reset or adjusted, but I'm happy for the person to diagnose the problem and carry out the necessary repair.

I require a garage door threshold to be purchased from clark rubber cut to size and then installed with suitable adhesive/sealant to stop water entering the garage.

Please repair the sectional garage door at our investment property. The door has a large horizontal gap between the middle panels when closed due to faulty/damaged hinges. The panel itself does not require replacement. Garage door is sagging as goes up and down. Metal beam placed a year ago but needs another one as sagging still. I think 5 m across. Thicker better to stop recurring. Just need someone who has drill that can go into metal and has access to metal beam like in pictures. Price may vary depending on cost for metal beam used. Hoping to fix clothes line ( separate task) at same time if possible.
