Hi there I need two of the metal pieces replaced or fixed on each side with new tek screws where required. Somehow the lip on 2 of the metal pieces has separated onto the hinges. The 2 hinges still look okay. Job will suit someone familiar with garage door repairs or metal fabrication, etc.
Vlad got the job done as asked. Recommend if you need a Macgyver on the tools 👍

Had a power outage that knocked out the remote fob for garage door. Door was recently serviced and working well before, but I have not been able to reset the fobs.
Pare sorted out the issues with my garage door remote so well, and went out to buy batteries to get the spare remote working. Pare was great to work with, and will call on again when needed.

The hand chain on my manual roller door has jumped off or become jammed around the hoist wheel, and the door is stuck about an inch off the ground and won’t move in either direction. I can’t safely reach or work on the mechanism myself because I’m currently dealing with a bad ankle. Should only be a 10 - 15 minute job.
Pare was brilliant. On time, friendly, and did a great job. Will definitely hire again!
