Find professional window frame repairs in NSW

We have water leaking through a window frame which looks like it may need to be re-sealed etc.

Our 2nd floor room Issue: Water is leaking in from the window frame during heavy rain. Details: May require external sealing. The window cannot be accessed from inside (no balcony), possibly requires a boom lift or cherry picker. Looking for: Experienced handyman or waterproofing specialist who can inspect and advise. Please include call-out and potential sealing cost estimate.

We would like to have 11 window frames and 1 sliding door frame painted Black Inside and out. I have put x2 on a couple windows as there are 2 of each of these but I couldn’t upload any more pics. Could you please advise a cost?
