My blinds are hard to open and close, they only tilt open a little. My guess is the cord needs replacing or the cord latch is broken along with tilt mechanism. I need someone to diagose the problem, help source the pieces to fix it (new cord, possibly new latch) and implement the fix. We need two IKEA curtain rods and a IKEA blind to go up on three windows. They would all just need to be drilled into the wood at the top of the windowsill. Should be a quick task.
