I have damage to the frame of a sliding door. The wall surface around the lock mechanism on the door frame is broken and cracked. The area around the latch has crumbled and needs repair to restore the structure and appearance. The lock itself seems intact but is surrounded by the damaged section. I need the following: 1. Repair of the damaged portion around door frame. 2. Proper reinforcement to ensure the lock mechanism is secure. 3. Finishing to match the surrounding wall and frame. My toilet has a sliding door, and its lock doesn't work properly. When the toilet is in use and locked from inside, the door still opens from outside. This defeats the purpose of the lock. Please see images for the type of lock. It could be an alignment problem of the strike plate or some other issue that prevents the wall cavity from restraining the door latch.

The sliding doors do not work properly as the channel on the floor is sloped and top rollers may not be best suitable. May require some mode to the doors and new rollers to make it work. Photos attached.
