Find a professional privacy screen installer in NSW

I have a new panel from Bunnings and want to install it on the front porch to the side as shown in the pics. I just need someone to install it and might need to drill holes onto the pillar to hang it.

I'm seeking a qualified structural engineer to provide a formal sign-off on the safety of a privacy screen installation for strata compliance requirement. Must have a degree in civil or structural engineering and registered with CPEng. All I need is a certificate of safety (or equivalent) to state the screen is installed safely and will not come done. Further notes: The screen is made of PLASTIC and is extremely lightweight, and has been up since February 2024. It is fastened with two screws that are drilled into the ballustrade, alongside guerrilla tape, and hot glue. When touched, you'll find it's very sturdy and in my view, is completely safe, but I need the services of an engineer to sign off to say it's structurally safe to support my case to allow it to stay up. Happy to have a discussion about the plan if it is deemed as unsafe or needs modifications. The privacy screen is less than 4m in length. This is just a formality, I hope.

We need to install panels, which can be purchased from Bunnings, with dimensions of 900mm x 1800mm. Two panels are required for each side of a space measuring 1.8m x 1.6m. The panels will hang down and be fixed with black posts, the panels won't beed to be cute. Please advise if you can bring the posts. The cost of the materials you provide for the installation can be added to the labor price.

This is a corporate office - we have two straight desks with under-desk cable trays and 8 mobile privacy screens that have been delivered flat-packed. We need all assembled and rubbish taken to recycling/garbage bins onsite. Job needs to be attended between 8.30am-5pm weekdays and completed by Thursday next week, 19 September.

Privacy screen in the balcony on first floor has come off the pillar on the right and is loose at the other end (wall). It needs to be screwed in and attached to the on both sides properly. The screen and pillar are both metallic (aluminium).

*Update* Extra photos attached. The lattice appears to sit within a groove in the external frame with the occasional nail to secure it, otherwise it is loose. The bamboo is secured by plastic and metal ties that can be cut or untwisted. We need some wooden lattice and bamboo screening removed from within a wooden frame located in our backyard. We need the materials disposed of. One section is 6m wide x 2.3m high. Another section is 5m wide x 2.5m high. You will need a tall ladder because they are set off the ground. I have attached a photo of one of them. We will probably leave the border frame intact for now (please don't quote for this - this can be a separate job). Experienced with good references please. I have colourbond fence extension panels and needs five installed.

I need helper to cut to size and insert sĺats into the channels then screw them. Posts are already in place. It is a in ground floor balcony. Task rate is hourly rate. It is 7.2 m long.
