**Permaculture Garden & Chicken Coop Maintenance – Approx. 3 Hours** $80 per hour We’re looking for someone practical and happy to get their hands dirty to help with a few maintenance jobs around our **permaculture garden**. We have a small chicken coop, aquaponics, fruit and vegetable gardens, composting areas, a banana circle and a small pond, so this would suit someone who enjoys gardening, permaculture or general outdoor maintenance. Jobs include: * Cleaning out the chicken nesting/coop area * Shovelling chicken manure into compost bins * Removing cobwebs and giving the coop a general tidy * Cleaning the chickens’ water dispenser * Collecting loose twigs and leaves from the chicken run and adding them to compost * Hosing down compost bins * Cleaning a small pond at the front of the property — approx. **600mm deep** * Scrubbing moss/algae from the pond and scooping out organic material to add to the banana circle * Some light mulching/chipping of branches if time allows * General tidy-up and maintenance around the garden **Important:** You’ll need to be comfortable getting into the pond to clean it, so shorts or suitable clothes are recommended. We estimate around **3 hours of work**. Ideally we’d love someone who has an interest in **permaculture, gardening, composting or sustainable growing systems**, as there may be opportunities for similar garden maintenance work in the future. Hi. Anyone keen to help me turn this cubby into a new chicken coop? Inspo pic attached. Wouldn't need the run as Ill put an enclosure over the top. Looking for a platform to place it on top of, new full height door for easy human access. Side panel turned over for chicken access. Block off back window. Add mesh to front snall windows and up above. Install 2 nesting boxes to be attached to window. Im looking for this to be done asap and on as low of a budget as possible. TIA 😊

Looking for someone to assemble a flat pack chicken coop in my backyard. It's a pre-made kit with instructions (Somerzby style), including run, ramps and nesting box. All parts are provided - just needs putting together. What needs to be done: Assemble coop from flat pack Attach doors, ramps and nesting box Place in position in yard where we have dug out for its position. Requirements: Bring your own tools (battery drill/ screwdriver etc.) Experience with flat packs, and or chicken coops preferred.
