Looking for an experienced stonemason to enlarge an existing single-bowl cutout in a 20mm quartz/engineered stone benchtop (Silestone) to fit a new double-bowl undermount sink (Buildmat Madison 775). Scope of Work: On-Site Stone Cutout: Enlarge the existing 35cm x 40cm cutout to fit the new double-bowl sink (775mm x 450mm overall sink size). Edge Polishing: Clean, smooth, and polish the exposed internal stone rim for a seamless undermount finish. Sink Mounting: Mechanically secure and seal the new stainless steel sink underneath the stone. Photos of the existing setup and new sink spec sheet are attached. Work is inside an apartment building in Ryde, NSW. Please provide examples of similar on-site stone cutting jobs you have completed.

I had a sink filter tap installed 2 days ago into my stone sink but it has not been fixed correctly and is loose. Also the bench top itself has been damaged. See photos. Would like to have a bath installed in my apartment. All plumbing is currently there, just want to put a bath where the current shower is. I would also like to put a new sink in my kitchen. Would like a double sink installed. I can source the bath and sink but also open to someone sourcing them too.

Bathroom fan does not turn on. It’s a light, heat lamp and fan combo. HPM brand sold in Bunnings. Sink stopper does not popped up after pressed down.

My bathroom sink pop-up drain stopper is no longer working properly. The chrome stopper/cap has come off and no longer screws back onto the mechanism securely. The pop-up function also isn’t working as it should. Looking for someone to: * Inspect the sink drain/pop-up stopper mechanism * Repair and reattach the existing stopper if possible * Replace the stopper or pop-up assembly if required I’ve attached photos showing the current issue. Happy to cover the cost of any replacement parts separately if a new stopper or assembly is needed.
