Garage door is stuck and cannot close. It appears that the cable on one side has come off the pulley and has become tangled around the pulley mechanism. The other side appears to be intact. Looking for someone experienced with garage door repairs to inspect and repair/reinstall the cable and make sure the door is properly balanced and operating safely. Looking for an experienced garage door technician to diagnose and repair my B&D automatic garage door. Issue: ● The automatic opener has stopped working over the last 2 days. ● The door opens and closes easily when operated manually, so it doesn’t appear to be jammed. ● The motor/remote isn’t opening the door automatically (needs diagnosis). the strap/bracket that holds the roller door axle (barrel) inside the headbox has come loose because one screw has pulled out. - budget to fix $120

Need someone to have a look at a roller door that hard to open or close. It gets jammed up at the top when closing using the remote opener. Note that the previous installation did not put a weight bar to assist but could also be the rails may have moved. Update: From the inside, it looks like the right side is getting stuck and slightly derailing.
