Merlin Garage door does not open.

I need someone who is experienced at replacing springs on an electric garage door to replace our garage door springs.

Need a double garage torsion spring replace/ repaired. My double garage door opens around 30cm and then stops. It won’t go any higher. I’ve had a look and the torsion springs above the door( right hand side) still has tension and feels rigid.but the left hand spring is loose and can be wiggled freely by hand with no resistance.

Garage door is stuck and cannot close. It appears that the cable on one side has come off the pulley and has become tangled around the pulley mechanism. The other side appears to be intact.
