Need a handyman to fix the doors damaged by my naughty dog. It’s end of lease

The house has tenants and will need to get access with scheduling a proper visit. The door has a fixed panel and movable panel. Its rollers are nearly worn out and the panel is sliding on the track metal to panel metal. Door handle is loose and screws need to be tightened up.

Our roller door is only 4 years old but needs servicing. It opens and closes quite aggressively.

Spring for garage door has broken so it needs to be replaced. Just one side broke.

Hinge on corner kitchen door has snapped and the door has come off the cupboard. It’s the bottom cupboards of the kitchen. We need the hinge replaced and cupboard door reattached. The hinge is hard to remove from the cupboard door. We require someone to purchase the hinge, replace and then re-attach.

One door on my 2-door sliding wardrobe has come off the bottom track, and its top guide is out of the top track. Because of that, the door leans and won't close properly. I need the door re-seated and aligned, the tracks cleaned, and the rollers and guides checked. Please quote any replacement parts separately. Photos attached.

Shower screen door has come off after the bottom pivot hinge/pivot pin failed. Glass door and glass panels are intact and not damaged. It is a top-and-bottom pivot style glass shower door (photos attached). I need someone experienced with shower screens to identify and supply the correct replacement pivot hinge/pin or assembly and refit and align the existing glass door. Would prefer this completed this week if possible as the glass door is currently removed and I don't want to risk it being damaged. Please quote including the replacement part/kit if possible. Need someone to put together this bbq from Bunnings, also need the bbq attached to the gas bottle. I also need 2 kitchen doors put back on the hinge with screws. The doors need to have holes made in it to fit back onto the cupboard. And the existing door on the cupboard needs to be screwed back in the kitchen . The pocket sliding door has sinked to the floor. Sliding is hard and the lock won’t align. The screw needs to be tightened so the door can be lifted but it is not accessible as the door wooden frame is fixed.
