I need someone to put a laundry room sliding door back on it's hinges as well as do some light caulking in the bathroom and fix toilets that run after being flushed.

We have a double garage door which has been covered in a light cement. We are looking for a cleaner to remove the cement using a cement remover product and Gerni which we will provide. Budget does not include materials and tools, we will provide these at our cost.

Handyman needed for 2-3h tasks are - fix a tap in bathroom - install mirror on tiles - fix broken door handle

Need a temporary dog door insert for sliding doors. The online ones only go to 2meters, however our door is 3meters. Happy for someone to do a DIY approach - buy plank of wood from Bunnings, and cut hole to add standard pre-purchased dog door. Price doesn’t include materials - just labour. I’ll pay for the materials required also :)

Fixing broken front door, including moving bottom hinge that broke, adding a third hinge in the middle and using wood glue to fix the broken panelling.

It’s fallen off tracks and won’t stay on. Needs new frame and pet proof fly screen. Would love it to lock too.

We have had a light fitting moved in the ceiling and the hole from the old fitting needs to be patched. The plaster around one of our door frames is also chipping and coming away and needs to be patched.

The door closer in our office has become disconnected from the door frame. It is an office in Westfield Bondi Junction. We need someone to come and fasten the door closer to the frame noting that the screws will need to be secured to the frame so that they don’t come out again and not just screwed back in.

Our building is replacing windows on Tuesday and we need to have the burglar bars/grills removed before Monday night. Each is screwed into the brick with hex bolts or screw with hex lug nuts. Each window has 6 side bolts, 2 top and 2 bottom. There is first parking and the unit is on the ground floor. We also need to dispose of the bars - if you can do this also please provide an additional flat rate for that part. We have the paperwork from Strata that says we have to remove our own window bars.

Need to fix folding doors. They don’t slide as easily anymore.
