Find professional window frame repairs in Outer East Melbourne

I have four outside window frames that need preparing and painting. Two window measure about 2500x1600 and the other two are about 1640x1600. Would like white. I have plenty of outdoor paint left over from another job or supply your own. Which ever suits. I have no idea what to expect price wise. But will consider whatever quotes received.

1. Replace a few rotten weatherboards 2. Fix the rotten window frame. The bottom corner is rotten and needs to be replaced on one or two sides of the frame. (window size 110cm height x 180cm length) I need a formal quote to get the council's approval before proceeding.

Repost due to schedule change. We want our aluminium window frames to be painted (inside and outside), we have 11 windows in total. Frames have to be properly cleaned and preped using primer, and of course need to be using the paint specifically for metal and outdoor. Window panels can be taken out for easier painting. But the outer frames would need to be properly taped before painting so it does not affect the architraves. Experienced aluminium painter much preferred, thank you so much!

We need to paint around 15 window frames around the house as it is getting old. The window frames are made up of metal and the dimensions for most of them are approximately 120x55 cm.

The frame appears to be a big misaligned (from one of the top hinges), needing to be tightened up. Also, the winder on the window 'click', and needs to be repaired or replaced.

Garage window has rotted broken, currently held down by some temporary tape. The window glass is still good, but wooden window frame needs replacement
