The hinge where the toilet seat is raised and lowered from has displaced an cracked - in not sure if it needs replacing or can be fixed.

One of the hinges on the toilet seat is loose, making the seat and lid wobbly. It looks like the mounting may just need tightening or adjusting, but I’m not sure how to access or secure it properly or what parts needed.

I need a toilet seat fixed, I have tried removing the top and tightening the screws and the screw would not tighten, need someone to come fix it, ideally need a screw replaced.

I require 4 odd jobs to be fixed using your own tools. 1. Fix hand rail. my son swung on the rail causing the screws to bow. I believe the wall fixing is still there. Your own screws are required. 2.
