Work required: - Scrape and sand back peeling and flaking paint. - Fill and repair chips, cracks and damaged timber where needed. - Prepare and prime exposed timber. - Repaint frames in existing black/charcoal colour using suitable exterior paint. - Tidy up edges and finishes so everything looks neat and presentable. There are several sliding doors and window frames requiring attention, with most of the deterioration around the lower sections and edges. Assessment and potential repair of window frames to ensure they can both close and open properly.

I've cleaned and painted some of my eaves and fascia boards. But my ladder doesn't stretch far enough for the rest. Want someone, with their own ladder and insurance, to come and clean then paint my eaves and the high window frames/sills. See photos for the bits in red for what I need painted. The kid in the picture is 135CM if you want an idea as to how high the tallest bit is. I'd say you'll at least need a 10M latter, if not bigger, to get to it.
