Bathroom window frame has rotted at bottom panel. It’s an old window so timer was used. Due to moisture in bathroom the timber doesn’t dry and gathers condensation. Possibility of requiring aluminium frame instead. Measurements are 111mm high x 77mm wide.

My dog has crewed the wooden window frames. I need them repaired without replaceing the whole frames.

The front window on our lounge has come apart(see pictures) a little not sure how but think it just gave way from being open not sitting closed. It not urgent but I would think it needs fixing just in case it falls further and glass slips out. I do like having the window open as it does get hot in here.

An update on my previously posted task 1. Cut out and recaulk shower area. Size is 1m x 1m. Mostly floor only but a bit of the wall too as you can see in the pic. 2. Caulk bottom side of window frame between the frame and wall. Approx 2m

We recently had a smashed window repaired and need some paint work to finish the job. The new glass is in so we just need the paint colour matched plus any wood treatment that needs to be carried out before the paint.
