Find a professional roller shutter repair in VIC

I have electric secure roller shutters throughout my house, however one of the shutters has stopped responding to the remote control to go up or down I need this fixed ASAP.

One of our manual roller shutters is stuck and doesn’t go down completely. Other shutters also might need general service so that they won’t go bad sooner.

For inspection first. I have two roller shutters on my upstairs townhouse, one at the front and one at the back. The roller shutter at the front covers two awning windows, with the frame positioned between the centre of the windows. The roller shutter at the back only allows about 10 cm of the window to open, if that. I’m looking for advice and assistance on the best solution. Can the shutters be repositioned, such as angled, to allow the windows to open? Should they be removed, or is there an alternative solution? Photos are attached for reference.

Hi roller shutter rolls up a little when using electric switch from inside and then starts going back down on its own.Making slight noise from motor. Started to do that once we done the underpinning.

Hi, we have a roller shutter that is letting light in. Due to the nature of the install the only way to prevent this is to caulk the side of the shutter. See photo. This is on a second story so a ladder is required. There is a roof to walk on so its easy once up there. See second photo. Colour: Monument. Must be done this Friday afternoon (22 November. Potential for another 1 or 2 shutters to require caulking on the day. Will increase the price if that is the case.

A technician previously raised a concern about both shutters being controlled by a single switch, which could have caused the motor failure, though other factors like water ingress, faulty components, improper installation, or an incorrect motor may also be to blame. We need someone to inspect and fix the issue. Please note this is on the second floor, and a standard ladder may not be tall enough.

I need someone to diagnose and repair roller shutter motor. Electrician has done a fault find and the front bedroom roller shutter is playing up. Is on the same circuit as ceiling lights and causing them to flicker.
