Looking for a skilled professional to install ceiling cornice in my kitchen, covering a 7-meter area. Must have experience with cornice installation and be able to provide high-quality workmanship. Job location is Fawkner.

The garage door will need the exterior veneer and mouldings replaced and repainted. Two of the cornices in the garage ceiling have dropped. These will need to be repaired/replaced. There may be some other small things in the unit too (eg. repair/replace shelving in the pantry).

A piece of cornice in the bathroom has come loose and needs to be put back. The bathroom ceiling and cornice (1.5mx2.6m) need to be sanded back to remove some damage, and another ceiling patch of around 1m2 also needs to be sanded.

Cornice has fallen due to steam above shower, need someone to reinstall it and re-enforce the other side as well with strong glue so it doesn’t happen again. Please refer to photos. Also I kindly request the tasker to not wear shoes in the house until you get to the bathroom.

There's some damage to this cornice as shown in the pic, in the middle section, as well as in the corner where it joins with the other side. The corner had previously been drilled to make a hole for some cables, but it's since been sealed with wall filler, but looks sloppy. Please propose a solution as to how to fix this, i.e, is it better to replace the 2 sides altogether, or cut out the damaged sections and replace? Open to any other solutions. The wall is cement. Thanks.
