Experienced carpenter? I have bought a Bailey attic ladder from Bunnings. I would like you to install it in my laundry, which may require a minor repositioning of the ceiling light in the process. All I have here is the ladder itself, so you will need to bring tools, and be ready with experience and materials to resolve any challenge along the way. I can help with lifting as required. It requires skill equivalent to installing a door or window.

Old broken attic ladder to be unscrewed and safely taken down. Install new Bailey attic ladder to manufacturers specifications. Hole in roof is the exact same size. New Bailey ladder model number is in the photos. Already purchased and sitting in the garage in packaging. Reinstate architraves around the opening in the ceiling. Ladder is located in the laundry with good access out the back door.
