Hi, I have a letterbox where the base/post is still securely fixed in the ground, but the letterbox itself has become detached from the base. I think the screws or fixings have loosened or come out, causing the letterbox to separate from the base. I’ve attached photos showing the issue.

Visit 1 – Wednesday (any time): Remove the existing lockbox from my current letterbox. The lockbox is screwed into the inside of the letterbox (see attached photo).
