I have the kit ready—you just need to bring digging tools, a spirit level, and supply 1 bag of rapid-set concrete. Please provide a fixed-price quote covering labor and concrete.

I require a freestanding letterbox to be installed (see photo) on a pre-made concrete base and the old-style letterbox on a single pole to be removed.
