The latch on my window has broken off. I need some one to screw/glue it back on with new screws. I also have a power point that has come loose from the wall and need it to be re attached. However, there doesn’t seem to be any structure for the PowerPoint to go in aside from the plasterboard. Lastly, the fire alarm is not existent and I need the hole covered up. I’m looking for an all-in-one tradie that thinks they can do all three tasks. My location is right in front of the train station and can be a little bit hard for parking but I’m happy to pay for street parking and assist you carrying gear if necessary.

the opening system of our awning window broke down because of the wind. Some parts are missing. Glass is completely fine, but we need to setup the opening system again. Note: all the hinges and the hardware has been taken off ( see the pictures: that is what needs to be reinstalled) the window in order to close it. The day before we moved in to our new place a flock of cockatoos came and shredded the window frames (see photos). Some of the wood was quite old/rotting, so the damage is substantial in places. There are three windows, with damage at the bottom part of the frame only. I'm unsure if the whole frame will need to be replaced, or if they can be filled.
