I need 2 walls, 5.4 metres long to be finished with plaster along with cornice to be fitted, happy to pick up the cornice myself once given suggestions on where to buy, the plaster for the walls has been hung already (photos attached)

We recently had cornices and new ceiling installed and need them sanded urgently.We also need a few more cornices put in. These are the three things we need done: 1. For sanding ceiling and cornices, it is one main room and hallway. 2. Need to also add some extra cornices in kitchen area. 3. Need to cut the cornice around the grill in the hallway. My husband can do this if you cannot, but he said that it is very easy and an experienced person can do this. Ceiling is only 2.4mt high. It is a small house. We need someone who is fussy and proud of their work. We I imagine it shouldn’t take more than 4ish hours but might take a whole day.

A piece of cornice in the bathroom has come loose and needs to be put back. The bathroom ceiling and cornice (1.5mx2.6m) need to be sanded back to remove some damage, and another ceiling patch of around 1m2 also needs to be sanded.

Cornice has fallen due to steam above shower, need someone to reinstall it and re-enforce the other side as well with strong glue so it doesn’t happen again. Please refer to photos. Also I kindly request the tasker to not wear shoes in the house until you get to the bathroom.

Repaint ceiling & cornices of 1 study 195x379cm, long hallway with dog leg (730x95cm + 710x95cm) Kitchen 185x 355cm, dining 382x 368, lounge 390x 350cm, main bedroom 345x343, WIR 210x180, ensuite 200x 210 cm. House is 6 years old and initially very light coat of paint and as ceiling has been cleaned marks have appeared. The ceiling may have been sprayed initially I’m not sure but I’m after a brush cut in & roll for good coverage and light reflection pref with only 1 coat of dilux ceiling paint in natural white.
