Tuiss Blinds Online has made-to-measure options. Each has its own fitting requirements, so the job can look quite different depending on what you've ordered. A Tasker can handle the practical installation work to ensure that everything operates properly.

Motorised blinds installation

For Tuiss Blinds Online's Motorised Blinds, a Tasker can mount the brackets, secure the blind and check that the rechargeable motor sits and operates correctly. They can also complete the initial remote or app setup and test the blind's movement after installation.

Getting the blind level and brackets correctly positioned matters, especially when you're working around several windows. Tuiss motorised blinds use rechargeable battery-powered motors, so installation doesn't mean dealing with hardwiring. A Tasker can also make sure the blind is charged and ready to use before wrapping up.

Aluminium venetian blinds installation

Aluminium venetians from Tuiss Blinds Online need careful bracket placement to sit level and operate properly. A Tasker can determine the right fixing method, secure the brackets, attach the headrail and check that the slats tilt and raise smoothly. It can be fiddly across multiple windows, especially when you're trying to keep everything level while working overhead.

Plantation shutters installation

Plantation shutters have a few more moving parts to line up. Depending on the Tuiss Blinds Online plantation shutter you've ordered, a Tasker can position the frame, align the hinges, place the panels into the frame and secure the hinge pins. Folding panels also need to be joined correctly so they move together.

Once everything is mounted, they can check that the panels open, close and sit properly within the frame. If you're already giving the room a refresh, you could also book a window cleaning task separately to clear away built-up grime before your new shutters go in.

Roller blinds installation

With Tuiss Blinds Online roller blinds, a Tasker can start by matching each labelled blind to its intended window, then position the brackets based on the required mounting method. They'll mark and pre-drill fixing points, add suitable anchors where needed, secure the brackets and slot the blind into place.

They can install the child safety device for chain-operated blinds and check that the fabric rolls up and down cleanly. If an older window has a sticking sash or damaged frame, a window sash repair can be useful beforehand so the new blind has a sound area to work around.

Vertical blinds installation

Tuiss Blinds Online vertical blinds require the track to be fitted before attaching each slat. A Tasker can secure the headrail, clip on the vanes and check that they rotate and draw smoothly. This can be especially helpful for wide windows and sliding doors, where keeping a long track level and handling multiple slats can be tricky on your own.
