New awning — supply and install** - Purchase and install a new awning (provided) **3. Silicone sealing — external walls near deck** - Apply exterior silicone to gaps in external walls around the deck area - 6 tubes of silicone provided - Small paint touch-up to sealed areas **4. Under-house storage — build timber enclosure** - Build a timber frame with slatted wood to enclose and secure the under-house storage area - Prevents unauthorised access - Timber and materials provided - Measurements to be confirmed on site

Front staircase — replace timber treads** - Large front staircase needs all timber treads replaced - Timber spec: 280x65mm treated pine (special order — will be on-site) - 8 treads at 870mm wide + 1 length at 2.8m - Must be safely secured and finished to rental standard **5. Back deck stairs — install existing stairs** - We have an existing set of stairs (900mm wide x 1.3m height) that need to be fitted to the back deck - Stairs will be on-site — just need retrofitting and securing

Need sealing of a separation behind and along side an external awning that is allowing water into the kitchen area. Will need photos and documentation of work’s carried out to present to insurance company so they can proceed with water damage repairs to our kitchen area

We have a concrete awning which has reinforcing rods strengthening it. Water has gotten into the rods, rust has set in, the rods have expanded causing the concrete to crack and come away. I need this resolved to the point that I can repaint it. This can be either: 1. the rust stabilised on the rods and the concrete patched; or 2. the entire awning demolished and replaced. I would recommend that a site visit be undertaken before you quote.

Awning arm fix and change clothes

Pic for attention - vehicle is a Toyota New awning has arrived but it’s too heavy for me to lift & install myself. It’s a 270 degree batwing from Openroad & the roof platform is a lock n load platform by Yakima. The platform has been making a bit of a rattle sound so I want it tightened up before the awning goes on. Brackets are included with the awning. I want to install it in such a way that it adds only the minimal amount of height to the vehicle.

One side of the awning doesn’t open up easily and needs to be manually pushed to open fully. Suspect the spring has broken.

Hi there, I'm looking for a professional or experienced handyman to refresh the awning of my third floor balcony. Dims of area: Approx 764cm long x 100cm at the widest part. Height around 2.5m She's looking a little tired with cracked old paint (attached photo of the worst part), assume it will need a good sanding down then a fresh coat of white paint. There is some rot (?) to the wood at the edges so I'm open to hear how you might tackle this. It doesn't have to be perfect, just tidy - so if i can get away with not replacing these parts of wood that would be great! We do have a small cat enclosure beneath part of the area, could remove the roof of this for access if needed. Must have insurances and safety equipment if necessary.
