Looking for someone experienced to assemble and install a brand-new Instahut 4.5m x 3m motorised retractable awning in my backyard. Job details: • Assemble the awning as per manufacturer instructions. • Install above the existing sliding doors onto suitable structural supports. • There is 400mm clearance above the sliding doors, including approximately 250mm of exposed brickwork. • Install mounting brackets and securely mount the awning. • Adjust the angle and test the motor and remote. The awning is already purchased and on-site. Installation instructions and YouTube assembly video are available. I am happy to assist with lifting and positioning, as the awning is quite heavy. The area is easily accessible with concrete flooring. Important: Must have experience installing retractable awnings https://www.bunnings.com.au/instahut-retractable-folding-arm-awning-motorised-sunshade-4-5mx3m-grey_p1198270

My motorised awning isn't responding to the remote. When I press a button I only hear a ticking sound and the awning doesn't move. It could be a faulty capacitor, motor or receiver, but I'm not sure. Looking for someone with experience in awning/roller motor repairs to diagnose and fix it. • Awning type/brand: Alpha, thats what remoe is labelled. • Budget: $400 for labour only. Parts will be reimbursed on receipt or invoice. Please confirm the parts cost with me before purchasing. Photos attached. Happy to answer any questions.

Looking for someone experienced with outdoor/window awnings to replace the fabric on two existing retractable window awnings at my home. The existing awning frames and mechanisms are in place and working. I’m looking to replace the current striped fabric with new outdoor awning fabric, while retaining the existing frames/mechanisms. The job includes: * Measure both existing awnings * Remove and dispose of the old fabric * Supply and/or fit new UV/weather-resistant awning fabric * Refit to the existing awning mechanisms and ensure both operate correctly * Leave the area clean and tidy Both awnings are similar to the one pictured. They are ground-floor windows with straightforward external access. Please let me know whether your quote includes the new fabric or is installation only. I’m happy to purchase the fabric separately based on your measurements/recommendation. Ideally looking for someone with experience replacing awning canvas/fabric rather than replacing the complete awning.
