Find an experienced flooring expert in Cherrybrook

Looking for a carpenter or handyman to build and install timber steps between the posts marked (1) in the image. Its about 1.5m wide, and the rise is about 1.3m from ground level. About 4 steps needed for that height, probably triple stringer given the width. Boxed design or just open steps is fine. No need for railings.

3 rows of my hybrid flooring’s short end joints are lifting. They are consistent along one direction and these boards expands and raise in summer. There’s a built in wine cellar joinery along one wall, which I suspect might be pinning it. Looking for someone to: - work out what’s restricting the expansion - trim and correct the gap at all relevant points and reseat the affected joints - refit trim neatly without damage We don’t have spare boards but can be sourced if needed. Our timber floor below carpet are squeaking in a particular area. There is also underfloor access available. Need someone to fix it which is essentially nailing the squeaking board I believe

Cut and nail in floor trim quarter round in kitchen and living room. Totally not over 25 meters. Material supplied. Also nail in some existing skirting board (all ready)for living room and dining room.
