we are running out of hot water because the new tenants in granny flat. currently 9ppl live under same roof and all depends on an old 315L electric hot water tank. My preferred model is Haier 330L because of its good reputation and value. Current HWS just next to the smart meter box so it's a very easy replace & installation. after price match online and double rebate I think its doable.

Hi there, I am looking for a liscensed plumber to move a pipe and tap to make space for a back to wall toilet (toilet installation is not part of this job). I would appreaciate your qoute for: - Rerouting hot water pipe to other side of the brick wall and reconnecting to existing hot water pipe under laundry tap. Involves drilling through the wall twice. Other side of wall is accessible via under stair storage. Attached drawing shows the section of pipe to be removed in pink, the new section of pipe in green and existing pipe to be maintained in yellow. - Moving cistern tap ~50mm to left. Wall is brick. Unblock airblock in the hot water tap

Hornsby - just back from two weeks holidays. The hot water taps not working. Hot water not coming out of the facets. No water coming when we try to turn on. Cold water is working in the mixer taps.
