Gas Pipe Constraint (Critical): The existing gas supply line is 15mm and cannot be upgraded. Take the hot-water system off the off-peak circuit and put it on the normal house power. Then we add a timer so it only runs in the middle of the day. When it runs, it automatically uses solar first, then battery, then grid. That way almost all of our hot water comes from the sun.
