We are experiencing an intermittent hot water issue with the shower. We suspect it may have something to do with the fact there is a pipe leaking water from the hot water tank which we can see. Here are the details: • Problem: The shower often doesn’t have hot water, while the taps in the house do. • Pattern: Hot water availability varies throughout the day, often unavailable in late afternoons and nights, and particularly worse during autumn and winter months. • Background: • The hot water tank is new, but the issue has persisted since before its replacement. • With the old tank, we had issues with insufficient hot water, especially in winter. • The new tank provides properly hot water, but it’s inconsistent in availability. • Observations: • Recently noticed warm water coming out of a pipe attached to the hot water tank, which might be contributing to the problem. I also have a video I can show of the water leaking from the hot water tank via a pipe. (images are the pipe from the tank. and it piping toward nothing outside in the backyard.

There is a solar&electric hot water system on the roof top, see the attached photo. Recently the hot water seems discoloured. Need someone to fix this issue, or replace it with an electric one, preferably the Dux 300L if this is the case. Quote welcome

Need an extra pipe form existing solar hot water put in. I need to change the way it feeds. Effectively disconnect the outlet from the heater and connect it to a new pipe that has a different route. Fairly Simple I would think.

The electric hot water system for backyard dwelling has stopped working. We only ever turn it on when we have guests stay with us - which was 6 months ago when it was working fine. Otherwise it is switched off at the powerpoint (which you can see in the attached image). I turned it back on over the weekend and it failed to heat the water - looking to have this diagnosed please. Leaking hot water system, hot water doesn't appear to be working. - Due date: Flexible

2 story house, running a Rheem hot water gas system which seems to be working fine but not enough hot water going to the showers, need temperature adjusted so showers have full hot water (currently just luke warm)

Installed less than 3 years ago It seems to be enough for one person shower at night. As hot water will run for 10seconds when the second person try to have a shower, then only weak cold water stream left. Also, it will be screeching noise sometimes when turning on the hot water. Sometimes, one of the bathrooms gets the hot water whilst the other bathroom only has cold water.
