Hi my Rheem gas hot water heater is not working. When plugged in the fan whirs for a few seconds then stops. Error code 39. Rheem integrity 24 When opening a hot water tap it's not doing anything.

Need a plumber to inspect and possibly install a temperature valve or diagnose the problem of shower temperature not stabilising. It goes with too hot or cold the problem must be fixed. I have purchased a temperature valve as I believe that is what's needed although I would much prefer a comprehensive inspection to properly diagnose the problem.
