Renovating Kitchen but keeping cladding on one wall and rangehood as pictured. Timber was laquered and greasy, so previous owner painted over without proper preparation. Main room approx. 40sq/m, new plasterboard primed a few years back (one wall is all glass sliding doors with aluminium trim, so does not require painting) + toilet room approx. 10sq/m requires two small walls & low ceiling topcoated only.
