I suspect the rubber door seal/sweep may be worn or the door may need adjustment/alignment. Small exterior hole at the upper corner of a two-storey house needs repair. The location is approximately 5–6 m high and may not be safely reached with a ladder. So a compact spider boom/small cherry picker may be an option. Looking for someone experienced in high-access exterior repairs who has appropriate EWP training/Yellow Card and can either provide or arrange suitable access equipment to repair. Not sure the equipment fee or other fees, the budget is indicative and negotiable.
