Most of these require a ladder and 1 trip to Mile End Bunnings. Looking for someone to assist with the following: 1. Replace latch in bathroom (have new latch). The screws on the current latch are rusty and I haven't had much luck removing them. 2. Check 1 smoke alarm in living room 3. Remove old LG aircon unit with plug (found it at the top of my wardrobe when I moved in) 4. Replace blade unit in bathroom ceiling fan (current is covered in paint)- Offer covers cost of new one and petrol to collect. 5. Replace bulb in outside light- Offer covers costs of new one and petrol to collect. 6. Straighten wonky light fixture in living room. Bonus: Cover the mysterious open shaft in my bathroom with a vent (not sure how hard that would be) -Not included in cost but will pay on top if you can. Payment how you want. From 4pm.
