Flush walls where 2 wardrobes were removed, including 3 x 1cm holes and another hole roughly the size of a 50 cent coin. Fix existing cornice where 2 x wardrobes have been removed to walls/ceiling. A third bedroom has 2 small holes that require patching where a telephone line ran down the corner from the ceiling also requiring flushing where the line ran halfway down the wall. All surfaces to be ready to painting once job is completed. ***Edit - Supplied skirting board to be attached where 2 x wardrobes have been removed, ready to paint. - Due date: Flexible

We have a number of handyman jobs to be done around the house. Some of these jobs include changing several light globes, fix stuck sink plug, tighten loose door handles, replace toilet roll holder, replace tap washer, tighten loose hand rail, replace dowel on cupboard door, install lock box. There are other small jobs that will be included also. Person needs to be competent and experienced. Have estimated 4 hours of work at $50 per hour.
