Four posts to be removed. They have been set in concrete. I have removed two posts but the concrete footing needs to be removed. I can be available to help the person with this job if required.

Looking for someone to finish assembling a small Bunnings garden shed 1.5m x .7. It’s already been partially started but needs to be completed. I don’t have any tools, so you’ll need to bring everything required, including a rivet gun, as it’s needed for the assembly. Ideally looking for someone with experience assembling flat-pack sheds who can get it done properly and securely. Flexible with timing.

Task involves collecting new door from Bunnings (it will be already paid for), it will likely need to be shaved down a few mm, remove old door, install new one, and fit new hardware. Also fit door seal. If you are able to to take away the old door (and the old screen door too) then we can add that fee in as well.

Dryer and 2x shelves lowered. 3x clothing rods in built in robes lowered. Fridge leveled

Areas where cracks have appeared in the walls and ceiling. Requires hard plasterer tradesmen in this area of expertise to channel out along the crack lines so that the repair has a chance to be sustained. Final painting not required.

All four Cove Cornices in the laundry need replacing as per the photo. Existing cornices have moved away from the wall. Also crack in corner needs repairing. No materials supplied.

Replace latch on outside gate, repair shed door, modify bookshelf so it can be secured to a wall with a skirting board, secure said bookshelf to wall with skirting board, attach shelf to wall, fix toilet roll holder, assemble flat pack chest of drawers

Install 3 pull out shelves to existing fixed shelves.

I need a guy to come and do the following: A. Fix the outside blind container back to the wall (it fell off). You need to bring screws, drill and those white things to put into the wall to hold it in place. B. Clean kitchen vent. Dirty and doesn’t run well. C. Superglue tiles back onto a wall (in the heat I think they fell off). You must bring superglue. D. Bathroom tap slightly leaking. You must bring clear silicone sealant. I think it is only 2 hours work. However if the job ends up being longer I will pay accordingly.

I need someone to install 3 x skylight blinds to replace existing roller blinds. They're at a fair height. The bottom bracket is 4.75m off the ground inside, so you'll need a very tall ladder. The blinds are single honeycomb and being installed side-by-side over aluminium frames. The fixing is top and bottom onto timber. While you have access, could you also please sand back and varnish the surrounding timber. I'm buying them from Veneta blinds and they've supplied installation instructions.
