A floorboard has some gouged damage and needs to be replaced

I need a floor board replaced and I have spare ones. To get to it will need to remove a piece of skirting board and take out 3 floor board to get to the damaged one. Replace with a new one and then put the other three back in place. Then put skirting board back and do paint touch up if needed

Install 1 room of carpet 5.9 x 4.4 Carpet and underlay is supplied

Need flooring prep and levelled to have 12mm laminate planks laid. 75m2 Front park of the home is original timber and mdf board then transitions into concrete at the back.

I need laminate flooring installed in a small unit - lounge/dining room and bedroom, approximately 40sqm. It will be going over the top of timber floorboards, that do not need levelling. I will supply the laminate flooring. Looking to have the job completed on Tuesday 8th of September, or Wednesday 9th of September. The photo is of some of the space - it will be the lounge/dining room, and bedroom. The fireplace will not be there. There is no existing flooring to rip up/dispose of.
