My tenant is looking to move out therefore using the opportunity to fix the floors. Had them sanded and polished about 15 years ago and now they need to be redone. Thinking matte finish, water based so it doesnt stink out the other units. It has beading all around the skirtings, Unsure if that also needs to be replaced if sanding the floors? (Hopefully not)
