Approx. 130–150m² with 2 living areas, ensuite, main bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Scope of work: Bathrooms – Ensuite & Main * Remove wall and floor tiles. * Remove vanities/basins, mirrors, shower screens and toilets. * Remove bathroom ceilings. * Jackhammer/cut and remove required concrete flooring. * Remove approx. 2m x 2m non-structural wall in ensuite. Move Outdoor Garden Tap to the Side of the Driveway I need a licensed plumber to relocate my existing outdoor garden tap from its current position near the middle of the driveway to the side, next to the fence, to keep it out of the way and improve the appearance of the area. I need current pergola to be modified to a smaller size The current measurements are 6.5x9.8 and that's from the wall of the house, eaves are 340 to the outside of fascia. The new dimensions need to be 4.8x7.8as a maximum. It will need to be trimmed both in width and length and I believe all the materials would be reusable.  I’m presuming you’d take off approx 800 off of each end of the gable and then cut the length end and bring that inwards ( disposing 1 post ) and bringing the end face in by approx 1.9-2m 

Remove soil and retaining with machine and load in driveway

Need a rotting pergola removed from my premises, has had a 'quick fix' done to it but not in good shape. Would likely be able to cut wood into smaller pieces and dispose of in my bin instead of removing waste, not sure what is the cheapest option!
