I want a shower screen installed for the bathtub area.

I've measured and bought the blinds. Issue is I want them installed inside the window frame but there is a metal bracket under the plaster that I don't have the right tools or screws and know how... to get through. Should be a quick and easy job for someone who knows what they're doing and can get creative to screw the new bracket through the metal L frame under the plaster.

We removed some curtains from our bay window but changed our mind and want to put them back up. Have all rods and screws etc just need somebody to put them up.
