I was cleaning the ceiling light fixture, and when I removed the bracket, it came off along with a piece of the drywall. When I tried to reinstall it, there were too many holes and the screws would no longer hold. I need someone to repair the ceiling, patch the damaged drywall, and reinstall the light fixture properly

Large front door needs top hinge repaired as screws have come loose and door has dropped and is not closing correctly. Very heavy door so requires experienced trade to ensure frame is not damaged. Appears original screws were not long enough and one has snapped leaving a part of the screw still lodged in the frame which may need packing.
