Looking for an experienced bathroom sealing specialist or tiler to remove and replace the silicone in a 2x standard shower recess. Both doors and screens have been removed in preparation for new doors being installed. ​Scope of work includes: ​Complete removal of all old silicone from internal vertical corners, floor junctions, around the shower tray base and around the drains ​Full anti-mould/fungicidal treatment and alcohol wipe prep to ensure the joints are 100% clean and dry before applying new sealant. ​Application of premium, commercial-grade anti-mould sanitary silicone (e.g., Maxisil or Ardex). ​Clean, crisp, straight profile lines (no finger-smearing). ​Scrub/clean the floor grout lines and perform minor grout repairs where needed (mainly floor/bottom wall joints). ​Would be great to include photos of your previous silicone/caulking work with your bid and advise what brand of silicone and grout is being used. As indicated both have a shower tray system so some experience with sealing and making them 100% leak proof would be great. The showers have had alot of the sicone already removed but some remains and would like all the mould and black marks behind fully cleaned. Thanks!

Door frame and sliding door scratches by dog. It is a rear sliding door. Looks like Matt black paint on aluminium door. Scratches on glass door frame and sliding door frame. Also require replacement of the fly screen. It’s the kind you get from Bunnings with the roller. Need to supply paint/spraypaint/fly screen.

Two table lamps need new cords. One has been damaged and one lamp flickers and has a tricky on/off switch. The Teasmaid has a UK cord on it. Not sure if this could be repaired but it would be good to know!

Remove then later install 3-4 metres of cornice after overhead cupboards are installed.

Vacating a property, some small scuff marks on wall need to be removed. A few minor touch ups on the wall are required, and a fly screen repaired.Also door jam at front door scuffed needs touch-up.

My kitchen sink is draining extremely slow. I have already taken the piping apart and cleaned it out but there was no blockage. I have also crushed water through the street side of the plumbing and there is no blockage there. It’s a new sink and plumbing so I am unsure why all of a sudden it is draining extremely slow. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 29 April 2023

Needing this space gyprocked and flushed where a wall was removed. Cornices also need to be done.
