Go to my house in West Hindmarsh and assess an old shower screen door (about 20 years old). There is residue build up and the handle is coming off. I think the entire door being replaced would be the best option, but I need professional advice. If it is to be replaced, I’d need you to buy a new door (Bunnings) and fit it. Alternatively I can order one online and have it sent to the house. Renters will be in the house and we will arrange a mutually beneficial time to access the house. There are a couple of other odd jobs that I’d like to discuss if this one goes well, including cleaning the exhaust fan in the bathroom, replacing the toilet lid, and tap fixtures. I’m stuck with a tricky problem without what appears to be a simple solution I have about a 3cm gap between the bottom of my fly screen and the window sill. My other windows have a cover but this window doesn’t have one. I am also looking to replace the window winder on one of my other windows. I’m looking for someone who is able to install the new winder on the other window, and to help create and install something to fill the gap and stop all the bugs from getting in (and my cat from trying to get out). (Acatraves and window sills and doorframes not necessary) Floors-remove carpet from rooms , and clean or polish if it is wooden floors.
