I have an A1 frame which is kind of heavy, needs to be hung in spare room. Can't use the 3m sticky things becuase of the frame backing design.

Requiring a carpenter to replace an existing damaged external garage door with another door (already on hand, refer photos). The replacement door will need to be flipped upside down so it can hang the same as the old door. Would like to use the hardware from the original door however will need holes redone to align with the old door furniture and old holes flushed. Also need a timber member replaced on our rear Atrium ( refer photo) as this portion is rotten.
