Shower tap won’t turn on or off the water, it just spins. Toilet runs sometimes where the water flow won’t stop running.

Quote this job, I provided a price just to fill the budget section. I require a 1600x453mm hole cut out of an existing gyprock wall and a 400x400mm access panel installed in a Commerical office unsuspended but shallow ceiling. Timeline for this would involve cutting hole in wall and installing the access panel in ceiling, then our sign installers will install said sign and then you will return to patch the wall hole. The third photo shows the depth of the ceiling…need someone experienced with Commerical ceiling with steel joists and cabling. - Due date: Before Friday, 3 March 2023
