Dual dog (12kg) doors installed into wooden rear and metal screen doors

Scope of Work: ​Shower Silicone Re-sealing: ​Completely remove all old/degraded silicone around the bottom of the glass screen, shower frame, and tile floor joins. ​Clean, dry, and re-apply fresh mold-resistant sanitary silicone (white/clear). ​Door Frame Repair: ​Remove damaged/swollen paint and rotted timber at the base of the door frame architrave. ​Allow to dry, apply wood filler (or epoxy bog), sand flush, prime, and repaint (white). ​Apply a sealant bead along the bottom edge meeting the floor tiles to prevent future water ingress.

I have 4 small areas of wall rendering that need to be patched up due to drain pipes, hot water heater and balcony removal. The original rendering was applied around these, which after being removed has left gaps that need filling and repair. See the following photos: 1 - Repair where drain pipe was removed. Hi We need a BCF auto gates technician to help with our door re-alignment. The recent storms broke our magnetic locker screws. So we replaced the screws.
