Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

Six doors need to be attached also some brackets as there’s a little movement in the frame of the wardrobe and also two tethers so it can be tethered to the wall

Fly screen door became loose after getting hit by a soccer ball. It needs to be put back in the frame.

We have a custom-fit screen door that requires a new screen. The challenge is that the screen is attached to the frame of the door with rivets and small plates. They will need to be drilled out and new rivets will need to be put in to attach the screen properly.

Wire screen removed on old style front door security screen. Unscrew paint encrusted screws on a metal frame. Small repair to frame. New wire screen sourced and attached.

Sliding door is broken, stuck and off its rails with minor chip aways.

The back door has 2 small panels that need replacing. One was a makeshift doggy door and the other has a gap (see photos for better explanation). I’m going to paint the door so plywood panels or similar should be fine to insert where the old panels are. Approx 24.5cm x 51.5cm each panel
