Silicon replacement jobs (indoor): • Silicon replace at only floor of shower and a section of two corners – main bathroom (measurements: floor 1.3m, 1.38m and 2.05m / section of corners 0.56m and 0.56m). • Silicon replace along bathroom bench – main bathroom (measurement: 1.85m). • Silicon replace along toilet wall & small patch – main bathroom (measurement: 1.52m). • Silicon replace at only floor of shower and a section of one corner – downstairs bathroom (measurements: floor 1.7m and 0.85m / section of corner 0.17m). • Silicon replace for kitchen bench. Note the tape is easily removed (measurements: 1.10m). • Silicon (white) replace for basin bench – basin downstairs (measurements: 1.27m, 0.44m and 0.44m). Internal silicon replacement (as above) covers 15.19 meters in total. 2. Tile Grouting / 5 Loose Tiles / Replace 1 Cracked Tiles (outdoor): • Replace grouting on each of outdoor tiles (measurements: total area is 3.4m x 2.6m and each tile is 0.6m x 0.6m – the grouting is only along the tiles). • 1 tile near front door is loose so requires stabilising. • 4 tiles near pool are loose so requires stabilising. • 1 tile is cracked so requires replacing the tile (and cutting the tile). I have spare tiles. If you can do both the indoor and outdoor jobs then please provide price for both jobs. Alternatively if you can do 1 or the 2 jobs then please provide price for that appliable job.

Remove a sliding door between lounge and garage and replace with a stud wall. Door measurement 2.4m x 2.3m. Needs to be flushed but no painting required, owner to paint.

Fly screen door re-mesh required Dog tore the mesh at the bottom corner of an existing aluminium screen door. Frame, hinges and door alignment are all fine — mesh replacement only, not a new door. Standard flyscreen mesh is fine (or pet mesh if similar price). Single door, ground level, easy access. Please quote including mesh and labour.

Remove rust and mould from pavers

Need a water damaged kaboodle bench top replaced in an apartment on Anzac hwy, will need to cut in sink and install a cupboard door as well- materials can be supplied

Our left hand side of the double sliding glass door is not sliding on the tracks properly, and requires brute force to move. I am a 2 out of 10 handyman and had a quick look, but couldn't fix it. Really need an expert in this area to come and fix please. Cheers

Sliding doors for both glass sliding door and built in wardrobe are not working and heavy to move, if at all. I assume roller issues for both. Need repaired/replaced by competent handyman or similar
