Replace laundry door and install dog door We are renting and have our landlord’s permission to temporarily replace our existing laundry door with another door fitted with a dog door. The original door will be stored and reinstalled when we move out. Existing door size: • 1975 mm (H) • 820 mm (W) • 35 mm thick We need someone to: • Source (or we buy) a suitable new or second hand solid timber/solid-core replacement door (e.g https://trade.bunnings.com.au/hume-2040-x-820-x-35mm-external-door-duracote-flush-stpc_p1974973) • Trim it to size if required • Transfer the existing hinges, lock and deadlock to the new door • Install a small dog door (we will supply the dog door) • Hang and adjust the replacement door so it opens, closes and locks correctly We understand our door size is non-standard, so the replacement door may require trimming. Please quote including labour and let us know whether you can also source the replacement door. If you can source door please include in quote - doesn’t need to be fancy or nice color just need it to do its job

Install cat door (supplied) in an internal door. I’m confident this is an uncomplicated task. The door is for a small under stairs area - easy to remove - 100cm high, 52cm wide and 2cms thick.

I have 3 x 2040 x 820 internal doors that I need hung including hinges cut in and hardware installed.

Fixing sagging shower glass door.

The door is not closing properly because one of the hinges has come loose. The screws on the hinge are no longer gripping the wood and keep coming out when tightened. I attempted to re-tighten the screws, but they do not hold in place, so the hinge is unstable. The job likely requires: Re-drilling or repairing the existing screw holes (filling and re-screwing), or Creating new pilot holes for the hinge screws to secure the hinge properly.
