Then on 2nd visit in the following week pavers to be replaced and made good over new drain. See area in yellow highlight in images. About 2m squared.

Sorry Miguel, but I don’t think you should install roof vents again. Complete lack of knowledge and attention to detail inspite of me giving clear instructions. What would have been a good clean installation turned out to be a messy repair job of a bad job. Try to not be a cowboy and heed to advice before making mistakes.
