We have a number of internal doors that have dropped and causing them to grind or get stuck. Some screws heads are threaded making it more difficult to repair

We have a rat infestation in the loft space above the garage that also connects between the first and second floor of the house. I would like the infestation cleared, cleaned, decontaminated with the appropriate sprays, and insulation removed and replaced (to the extent that it is possible to do so without cutting plaster board out etc), and potential entry spots blocked. I will/can purchase the insulation. The space can be accessed from the garage with a ladder and is mostly easily navigable. Some spaces are more difficult to access and I am happy for these to be cleaned, cleared to the best possible extent with disrupting / damaging dry wall etc.
