I need a couple of basic repair jobs done on my property in Hallett Cove. Firstly there is a slow leak in the pipe work under the laundry sink in the small bathroom on the bottom floor. I need the 'S' trap replaced and other fittings tightened or replaced to ensure that the leak is fixed. Secondly the kitchen splash-back needs some silicone grouting done - preferably dark grey or black to black to match color of splash -back. Please ensure that all gaps are filled. Would like a qualified electrician to check the ceiling fan and wiring to switch to check it is safe. The children have said they sometimes get a slight shock (I have not). It is a basic fan that that plugs into a socket in the ceiling and is powered by a double socket switch on the wall that also turns on the main light (this has not been an issue strangely). We have the IKEA Galant filing cabinet. It has a 3 number combination lock without a key. The mechanism suddenly stopped working one day and will not reset as per the IKEA instructions. IKEA has advised that they will reimburse for a locksmith to come and unlock the cabinet and hopefully reset it so that it works again, without damaging the actual cabinet itself.
