The current door is the standard 2040 x 820 x 35mm. I plan to purchase the Hume External Door Duracote Flush STPC from Bunnings as it gets very good ratings. I plan to reuse the current door knob/lock and deadbolt, but the hinges will need to be replaced. I will also get those from Bunnings to match the current hinges, unless someone tells me differently (eg reusing the same screw holes may cause problems). Preference is for the work to be done by 2 Jan.

Repair External ShadeNext Window Shade This will require a replacement motor, bottom bar ends and motor mount. (I have the parts) The motor had dislodged from its mount and rotated around until the wires broke off. Circled window in photo (photo before shade installed). It appears that the blind was energised to go up with the awning window open enough to "snag" the bottom bar. Checking of the chain length for the awning window should be carried out as part of the repair.

Install non-slip nosing on 91 stairs and 24 300mmx600mm areas of individual stemmed tactile indicators (using provided templates to drill the holes). All materials supplied. White card & experience required. Stair Nosing: Ensure piece is correct type and length for required stair, apply adhesive to back of stair nosing, put in place ensuring straight and even, use rubber mallet to make sure firmly attached. Clean any excess adhesive. Tactile Indicators: You will need to stick down templates in required areas, drill 10mm deep holes through template holes, remove templates, clean area, insert adhesive in holes and knock indicators in with rubber mallet, then clean area before you move on. - Due date: Before Monday, 4 March 2024
