Very nice tenants happy to facilitate access at mutually convenient times. 1. paint over stained area on ceiling and cornice from a water leak (leak has been repaired) 2. replace a bathroom door handle (we are happy to purchase recommended replacement, needs a privacy lock) 3. secure a loose ducted evaporative air conditioner vent 4. secure a screen door closer (closer is quite new but was poorly installed and has pulled away from frame very quickly)
